Blue Cheese Vinagrette
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
WHISK together all above ingedients. Chill for at least 1 hour.
This is not only great on romaine lettuce, but also with 'Tangy Green Beans'... Delicious, but 'Tangy'!
