Microwave Bean Dip

Seasoned Salt


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup "V8" Vegetable Juice
1 cup Clear Ready to Serve Beef Broth
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish

In 4- cup glass measure, stir together all ingredients. Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until boiling. Makes about 2 cups or 2 servings.
