Skillet Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
6 oz. uncooked pasta (penne, spirals,or macaroni)
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) French Style Green Beans
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
COOK pasta according to directions. Drain well.
BROWN beef and onion in a large skillet while pasta is cooking; drain.
ADD beans and tomatoes. Mix well. Add pasta and heat throughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with parmesan cheese, if desired.
