Ham and Cheese Pie
INGREDIENTS:
1 8 oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 1/2 cups chopped/cubed cooked ham (I use 1 lb ham steaks)
1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, or Jalapeno Jack, cubbed
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 green onions, sliced
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
UNROLL crescent rolls, and separate into 8 triangles. Fit 5 triangles into a 9" pie plate, firmly pressing edges together to seal.
COMBINE: chopped ham and next 4 ingredients; spoon into pie plate.
CUT remaining dough into strips, placing on top of pie in a criss cross fashion.
BAKE: on lower oven rack at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
