Honey Pecan Roll

INGREDIENTS:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
Honey

UNROLL crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface, and press perforations to seal. Roll dough into a 14 X 9 inch triangle.

COMBINE 1/2 cup pecans, sugar, and butter in a small bowl; spread over dough. Roll up, jellyroll fashion, beginning at a long end; pinch ends to seal. Place seam side down in a crescent shape on a greased baking sheet. Brush with honey, sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup pecans.

BAKE at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown; cool 10 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 1 (14 inch) roll.
